Ingredients
2g – Baking Powder
100g – Banana
25g – Caramilk Chocolate – Cadbury
1 – Egg (Extra Large)
10g – Maple Syrup Sugar Free – Queen
40g – Oats (Weighed Raw) 100m1 – Skim Milk
2g – Table Salt
Instructions
1. Pre heat oven to 175C.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, baking powder and salt.
3. In another mixing bowl, mix together the mashed banana and egg
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
6. Top the mixture the chocolate pieces, and push them in.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
8. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with maple syrup
