Ingredients
100g – Bacon (Rindless Shortcut)
1 – Egg (Extra Large)
100g – Egg White
1 – Footy Frankfurts Skinless – Don (or lean beef sausage)
1 – Hash Browns (75g) – McCain
1 – Hot Dog Roll – Tip Top
1 – Light Tasty Cheese Slices – Woolworths Brand
15ml – Reduced Sugar Sauce (Tomato or BBQ) – Fountain
Instructions
- Cook the hot dog as per package instructions.
- Warm the hot dog roll until soft.
- On a medium pan add the egg and egg white and scramble together until fully cooked.
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Cut into small pieces.
- Cook the hash brown according to package instructions.
- Place the cooked hot dog in the warmed bun.
- Add the scrambled eggs
- Top with crispy bacon.
- Add the cooked hash brown. Sprinkle with light cheese. 10. Drizzle with reduced sugar tomato or BBQ sauce
