5g – Baking Powder

15g – Baking White Chocolate Chips – Cadbury

1 – Egg (Extra Large)

100mIs – High Protein Almond milk – So Good

50g – Organic Frozen Raspberries – Macro (Woolworths)

30g – Protein Powder – WPI (Any)

30g – Self Raising Flour
Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a non stick oven proof ramekin, add all ingredients and combine well.
  3. Top batter with berries.
  4. Place into the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Once cooked all the way through, allow to cool down before topping with white chocolate.
