Ingredients


20g – 50% Less Fat Cheese Shredded – Bega

100g Chicken Breast (Weighed Raw)

15g Chipotle & Garlic – Mccormicks Grill Mates

60g Healthy Choice Chips Straight Cut – McCain

1 High Protein Low Carb Wrap (Large 70g) – Simson’s Pantry

25g Plant Based Dip Guacamole – Chris’

20g Salsa

20g Sour Cream Light

25g Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and cook with chipotle seasoning.
  2. Cook the hot chips in the oven according to package instructions and toss in chipotle seasoning when it is still warm.
  3. Assemble wrap by placing tortilla on a flat surface, add shredded lettuce, chips, salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
  4. Fold in both sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Toast on a pan if desired.
  5. Enjoy!
