Bran Muffins

INGREDIENTS

1 cup flour

1 cup bran

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ cup sugar

½ teaspoon salt

Sultanas

2 tablespoons golden syrup

1 cup milk

1 egg

STEPS

  1. Mix dry ingredients and sultanas.
  2. Add syrup (heat syrup slightly to make it more liquid) to beaten egg mixed with milk.
  3. Mix with dry ingredients (Mixture should be wet).
  4. Bake in greased muffin pans at 190c for 15 minutes.
