INGREDIENTS
4 cups flour
3 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp sugar
Mix well.
For each cup of mix add
1 large egg
1 tbsp melted butter
1 cup milk approximately ( amount depends on if you are making pancakes or pikelets. Pikelets have a thicker mixture)
Cook on a hot pan and when bubbles appear on the surface flip pancake over to make them golden on both sides.
